Yesterday I had a mild cold, nothing to worry about and I was ready to go. I got my excersise done and felt good.
I woke up this morning with what felt like a whole in my head, I can't believe that the first time in months that I get sick is day two of this project, but no matter, I can't feel sorry for myself and the diet is still on track. One piece of toast for breakfast instead of two, an average bowl of porridge and some raspberries, topped off with half a glass of orange juice.
And I don't feel hungry, although the lack of hunger is probably fueled by my cold, but even over the last day and a bit I've discovered how little you need to eat to get by in a day.

Better to be sick on Day 1 than Day 30. Keep your spirits up!

Ugh - I don't know where you live, but here in NY when the season changes, so many people get that achy/coldy sick. Don't forget to REST!
