I love the feeling of excersise as I'm sure most people who do this project do aswell. Ever since I had my first 'workout' in a gym 18 months ago, its been a huge part of my life.
At the beginning of this project I decided that I would cut down but not neglect my love of a good run. So yesterday, I took on the challenge of a 6 kilometre run aswell as my daily PCP routine. It was tough, very tough, I ended up excersising for nearly two hours which was a great feeling I know there is no way I could keep that sort of training up on a regular basis unless I was a pro sportsman, but I aim to do that atleast once a week, probably on the weekend.
So far I'm loving the PCP experience and I hope everyone else is too, lets rip it up team blue!
You guys have got to get a snappier name than Team Blue!
ReplyDeleteI do Aikido about 1 hour a day for 3-4 days a week, Patric sensei said PCP must go ontop of this, and it is hard and LOTS of FUN. keep it up and you will see difirence both in your sport of choice and PCP
ReplyDeleteRunning is great for meditating too and just enjoying the feeling of movement. I still intend to run for fun, so there will be at least two of us.
ReplyDeleteJack,
ReplyDeleteThere's is something exhilarating that running gives you. You gotta get out and do it, let the wind rush past you and see the world move. The skipping is great but I agree that there is nothing like a good run!
Great job my man - keep it up - 5 down...
Thanks guys:)
