Day 41

Not much to report really. The jumpropes are as tedious as ever, but I'm getting through them. I'm on my mid-term at the moment, that means more time for a good run to calm my jumprope frustrations. I had a major challenge of my will power last night. I was at a party at a friends house where food such as chips, chocolate and cake were readily available (not to mention some nice "beverages")

I was wondering if anybody else has replaced the jumps with a run at any stage, I'm not entirely sure how long my run should be to replace 1500 or so jumps.

  1. I haven't replaced my jumps with a run yet, but I'm thinking about it. I think in one of the earlier emails Patrick said a 30 minute "jog" would be an adequate replacement. Great display of will power last night!

  2. I like to mix in a 45min run on jump rope only days. Strangely, it is my sanctuary from the rope.

    I have only been doing it on Tuesdays, due to the limited time on those days where we also have strength training. Would def like to do more of it though.
